Franklin County Schools '❤️ Our People For the eighth time in the past nine years, and the second year in a row, FCS employees will be receiving a 4% pay increase. Our Superintendent and Board members have worked tirelessly to elevate Franklin County Schools from 90th to 26th in the state for teacher pay.
